Lease Takeover - July to December

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from July–December (6 months) due to receiving a promotion and needing to move closer to work. Move-in timing is flexible depending on approval! If you love the area and apartment afterwards, the option to renew is yours!!!

The apartment complex is in Arden, NC near the airport and super close to Asheville!! About a 15-20 minute drive!

The Audubon Place is located on Audubon Hill Way. This is a 2 bed/2 bath, and we pay around $1660/2 = $830.00 and with WiFi & electricity, it’s around $1000/month!!

The Room:

• Private bedroom with a connected bathroom featuring double sinks
• Huge walk-in closet
• Large windows with beautiful natural light
• Double-wide bathtub

The Apartment:

• Cozy carpeted unit
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Spacious shared living areas
• Patio with a beautiful view

Roommate Info:

You would be living with a 24-year-old girl who works night shift, so the apartment tends to stay pretty peaceful during the day!! There’s also a very sweet and friendly golden retriever! 🐾

We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, reliable, and overall easygoing to match the vibe of the home.
