Hey! Thanks for taking a look at our posting. Looking to fill a room in a three bedroom 1.5 bath apartment in the East End of Long Beach. We're two female professionals. The place is located about a block and half from the beach and within walking distance to the LIRR. Our apartment has good storage space, a great backyard, and plenty of space in the driveway. Utilities average about $100/person/month with seasonal variation
We're generally pretty active and health-minded, and while we may entertain once in a while, we prefer the party not come back to our place. Basically looking for a roommate who is clean, calm, communicative, and respectful.
