Basement Available

Hello,

I am signing a lease on or about 10/15. I have toured the property today and it is coming along nicely as the whole house is under construction. The first floor, basement, one parking garage and one spot is the space i'm looking to lease.

The Basement is the area i'm seeking to rent. It's also being completed, high hats, w/d and one full bath. You'd be welcomed to use the kitchen as well.

The LIRR is nearby, there's also the floral park recreation center which offers a pool during the summer months. There's also eateries, a library and adult libation venues nearby. Sorry no pets.

I am in the process of a divorce and need a nice place. I'm seeking someone to split the bills with. I also have children that will live with their dad 50% of the time.
