Nice House Share

We're a young couple in our late 20's looking for a housemate. He works nights in the city as a police officer, and she is in medical school. We're usually quiet and are looking for a quiet person. No one in the house smokes, so we're looking for a non-smoker.
We just completed construction on our house and updated everything. We're looking for a house mate for the second floor. There are two bed rooms with large closet space. We already found someone for one of the rooms but the other is still open. We're asking $1,150 with the utilities and WiFi included. There is a full bathroom on the second floor between the two bedrooms.
There is central air in the house. There is a washer and dryer in the basement which you can use as long as you are respectful about it. We additionally have a brand new kitchen that can be used as shared space.
The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short distance from several shopping centers and walking distance from the LIRR and bus routes. There is plenty of safe on street parking.
The room currently is furnished but if you want to bring your own that is fine if you'd prefer.
