Two private bedrooms available in a newer home located on a quiet court. The rooms are upstairs and share a full bathroom that will primarily be used by the tenant(s). Utilities are included in the monthly rent.

The home offers driveway parking with space for up to two additional vehicles, a peaceful neighborhood setting, and access to common living areas. I work from home, so I’m looking for tenant(s) who appreciate a clean, respectful, and relatively quiet living environment.

I live in the home with my friendly dog and generally keep a low-key lifestyle. Family may occasionally visit to enjoy the pool, but the home is typically very calm and relaxed.

This arrangement would be a great fit for a working professional, graduate student, or anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful place to live. Looking for a responsible tenant who will treat the home with care and be considerate of shared spaces. Single occupancy is preferred.

Rent is $2,800 per month for both or $1,500 per room, with utilities included. A security deposit matching monthly rent amount is required and will be refundable at move-out, less any deductions permitted by law.

No additional pets, please, as there is already a dog in the home.
