We are sharing our house in a quiet neighborhood in southern part of Napa County

Our house is: 10-minutes drive to Cal Maritime, Vallejo 14-minutes drive to Touro University, Vallejo 20-minutes drive to the CIA at Copia - Culinary Institute of America, Napa 20-minutes drive to downtown Napa

We have a 150 sq. ft. living space bedroom with beautiful backyard view available. The room is furnished with a small walk-in closet, large window with shutters, a small refrigerator, a queen size bed with mattress and two nightstands. House appliances include washer, dryer, microware and range.

We are looking for a responsible person who is easy to live with, follows basic common sense house rules, especially quiet and clean. No alcohol, No smoking, No drugs, No marijuana, No overnight guess, No candles, drama free, light use of kitchen, and street parking. Rent may include reasonable use of utilities, Wi-Fi, water, PGE, and trash. Must honor recycling and aware of use of water and PGE. The room is for a single professional occupancy who has a full-time job or a full-time student who enrolls in schools nearby. The tenant must share responsibilities of maintaining clean common area in the house, such as wiping down stove top and table after use, taking out garbage, and cleaning bathroom. The tenant also must be comfortable with dogs, quiet, respectful, neat, and hygienic.
