Trade room and board for caregiving and companion

I am looking for a mature preferably retired woman who can provide care giving and companionship to my elderly mother.

She's 93 and still very active. She goes to senior day care on M, T, Th. You could have a part time job on those days since she's gone from 9-3:30.

She has some dementia (more short term memory) and is autistic.

Loves to color and play bingo and listen to music.
She needs help with some toileting and showering.

Room has a double bed with drawers, closet. You would have your own bathroom. Full use of rest of house.

No overnight guests.
No drugs.
No heavy drinking. Wine and occasional drink okay.
No smoking.

You would have either Saturday or Sunday off, but would need to be home by 8. Occasional separate days off with notice okay.. She alreday has a regular caregiver but looking for someone to be here nights and weekends.

Your main duty would be to be her companion.
Light cooking for her.
You need to be compassionate and patient.
Prior caregiving a plus.
Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
One year commitment.
You must be able to pass a criminal background check, no exceptions. As well as a drug test.
Referalls as a caregiver and as a tenant required.
Small stipend considered.
