The room includes a furnished queen bed, a brandnew private ensuite bathroom, and a large closet with plenty of storage space.

Tenants will also have access to shared amenities including a full kitchen, a cozy living room, inhouse laundry, and onstreet parking. Rent options are $per month with a month lease, $, per month with a month lease, or $, monthtomonth. Couples are welcome for an additional $ per month, and utilities are split evenly among tenants.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Montana Tech and close to everything Uptown Butte has to offer.
