Hello! I am a Christian woman looking to rent two rooms in my home to female students. I live across the street from the campus along with another housemate and one student.
During the school year we often host small Friday night church gatherings in the main living space. You’re welcome to join or not —either is fine.

Laundry and Kitchen access included
Shared bathroom
Friendly dog in the home (sorry, no additional pets)

House rules (non-negotiable):
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house or on the property.
No candles or incense
No pets
No parties
No loud music or loud TV
No male visitors upstairs at any time (male guests only allowed in the main living area during gatherings).

Lease will correspond with the semesters. First and last month's rent due at signing.
