The apartment is fully furnished in all of the communal areas (e.g. living room, kitchen, dining room and deck), the bedroom itself is not furnished. This bedroom has a large closet, a ceiling fan, large window and an alcove for a desk. The apartment has a washer and dryer, two refrigerators, two stoves, two sinks and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Four of the bedrooms share the equivalent of two full bathrooms. There is anywhere from people living in this apartment at one time. All applicants MUST consent to a criminal background and credit check. Only one person may live in this bedroom and there are rules set in place. NO PETS ALLOWED!!
