You are renting a private locking bedroom with the ability to share other spaces with other tenants. There is a full kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and two laundry rooms. The home is located on a half an acre on the edge of city limits in Eureka Montana.
Lowincome individuals are encouraged to apply.
Pets are considered on a casebycase basis.
All basic household supplies are provided once a month (tp, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning products etc. ) Cleaning is provided x a month for the shared areas with the ability to have your bedroom floor cleaned and garbage taken out for you (if you need extra help). All utilities are included, even WiFi. Month to month to begin with then a lease is available. All tenants have had background checks. Fernie's House was established to help with the shortage of affordable, safe housing. We take pride in creating a warm, welcoming home to live in.
