Concrete outdoor patio with smoker, grill, table, fire pit and hot tub. Backyard features a very large, grassed yard, an oversized fire pit, ax throwing and outdoor games. You would be welcome to use all these things.
$1,000/month. Includes power, heat, water, sewer, garbage, wi-fi, washer/dryer use, lawn maintenance, snow removal, hot tub. We also have storage space in the house, in the garage or in the property available for rent if you need it.
Year lease preferred, shorter terms may be negotiated. Prefer no pets, but open to discussion based on the pet with an additional fee. Must have verified income and pass background check.
About Us: We are a couple in our 40-50s, we are friendly, like to have cookouts and fires in the backyard. We are clean and tidy, like to have a peaceful home, and are easy-going. Another couple rents a large room in the house, and you would share a bathroom with them. They are also very friendly, easy-going, and you hardly see them except when they make delicious dinners. No organized chore chart, just chip-in to keep things clean and contribute the occasional paper towel roll to the kitchen.
