One furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo.

No pets as we already have 2 dogs.

Rent includes utilities (Internet, electricity, water, heat, garbage, recycling). We typically have a cleaning lady come monthly to clean common areas which is also included in rent.

Month to month lease to start, open to accommodating short term stays or longer term, just want to make sure it’s a good fit before any long term leases are signed.

Owner occupied property, the place is well taken care of and maintained. All occupants are in their 30’s
