Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Philo Starkville for Fall 2026 7/26/2026-12/31/2026 (just the fall semester — half lease). If you are interested in summer as well, let me know.

It’s a 4-bedroom apartment with your own private bedroom and bathroom, and rent is $660 a month plus 100 in fees for short lease, reserved parking, and renter’s insurance. It’s literally right next door to Mississippi State University, so you can’t beat the location.

They’ve also recently remodeled the apartments and updated the amenities, so everything feels really nice and refreshed. It’s fully furnished, right across the street from MSU, and you’ll have access to all the community amenities. My apartment building is connected to the crosswalk that leads directly into the west side of campus, so great for Music, Engineering, and architecture students as well as close proximity to the library for studying.

This would be perfect if you’re graduating in December, studying abroad in the Spring, or just needing somewhere to live short term.
