Great Apartment 5 Minute walk to campus

I am looking for someone to take over my lease which will be going through 7/31/2026. It is a room in a 2 bedroom apartment at the Quarters Starkville. My current roomate is an undergraduate student (20 y/o M), and he has been great to live with this semester! I will be moving out around the 12th of December, and depending on move-in date I can pay for the entire month of December's rent. This place is a 5 minute walk from campus with a newly refurbished kitchen including a brand new refridgerator, stove, and microwave (not pictured). The Quarters offers a swimming pool, 24 hr gym, and private study area in the complex along with trash pick up and internet services as well. Electric is not included in the rent, but it is typically around 30$ split between roommates, so rent is normally around 615/month. This apartment is pet friendly, but there is a pet fee & monthly pet deposit required.
