Two of us already live here and we’re looking to add one or two roommates to a house on a quiet street in the Cascades neighborhood off Shore Drive.

How it works: All four spaces are listed below with prices so you can see every option, but only two are actually available — Collin will live in Bedroom 2, and I will live in whichever room you don’t take. Pick the space that fits your budget and we’ll work around you.

Spaces & pricing:

• Master (Bedroom 1) — private en-suite bath, carpeted, largest and most private: $950/mo
• Bedroom 2 — assigned to another tenant
• Bedroom 3 — carpeted room, shared hall bath: $750/mo
• Living-room space — open living area set up as a private space (least private option), shared hall bath: $650/mo

Utilities: electric, water, internet, etc. split evenly by the number of people in the house — your share drops as we fill up.

Parking: garage or guest lot.

Location: minutes from Mississippi College, Clinton Parkway shopping and restaurants, and Olde Towne Clinton — plus an easy 15–20 minute drive to Jackson, Madison, and Ridgeland for anyone working or in school in those areas.

Amenities: community pool and pickleball court within walking distance (optional separate membership, not included in rent).

Rooms are unfurnished — bring your own setup. You’ll share the kitchen, laundry, and common areas.

Looking for: a guy, ideally under 30 (flexible on age), who’s responsible, clean, communicative, and pays rent on time. Grad students, students, and working professionals all welcome.

Terms: 10-month minimum lease (flexible to a year or longer). Security deposit equal to one month’s rent (matches your space’s rate), due at signing. Dogs considered case-by-case. No smoking. Available Now!!

About us: Collin and I are both getting our master’s at Millsaps and are in SAE there. We’re former college athletes — Collin played soccer, I played basketball. We’re into Jesus, recreational activities, outdoors, and probably some other things. The house stays pretty quiet and we keep our shared spaces clean.
