Gated complex in a pretty good area, within walking distance of a Walmart and plenty of other stores/restaurants.

Have not furnished the common area yet, paying for a 2bd by myself has been rough. I do have a washer/dryer. Apartment comes with a dishwasher, already have plenty of various kitchen things. Room has a split king in great condition available after my former roommate moved out. Room has a bathroom attached and a closet with ample space.

Rent includes your half of fiber internet and half of the power bill I was getting normally with another roommate.

I work night shift primarily although I am respectful and try not to make noise at night.
