This is a new bought town house. The owners will live in the basement and the 3 rooms upstairs are being rented. The room we have are is $650 not including utilities (split with all members). The room is a shared bathroom with another roommate. I do have a small dog and cat that are very friendly, my dog likes to bark but once she knows you she'll just get excited. All common rooms can be used if you want (kitchen, living room, dining room and deck). The laundry room as well but since it's in the basement we will not allow doing laundry after 7:30pm everyday. $650 safety deposit is required and first rent is due on the 1st of December and the Move in date is December 1st.
