Hi there! I have a spare room available in my comfortable, owner-occupied condo and I’m looking for the right person to make it home.

You’ll have your own private bedroom (unfurnished) * with digital lock with fingerprint, and number pad to access *and a private full bathroom, plus shared access to a modern kitchen and cozy living room. The condo is clean, relaxed, and set up for easy everyday living.

Shared kitchen & living room

In-unit laundry

High-speed internet

Fully furnished common areas

Pool access during the summer ☀️

There’s also a small, friendly dog, so you’ll need to be okay with a four-legged roommate 🐶

Rent: $750/month (utilities included)
Move-in: First month’s rent + $750 security deposit

A proof of employment, background, and credit check are required, along with a month-to-month lease to start. If we’re a good fit, this can turn into a longer-term arrangement.
