Hello, I am currently living at Bonhomme Village Apartments in a 2Bed 2Bath with built-in washer and dryer, dishwasher.

My lease ends next February 7, 2027, but I plan to move out around October 1. I am looking for someone to transfer this entire lease to, pending Bonhomme's approval.

The entire lease would be transferred to you and you can choose to either move out at the end of the lease (with 60 day notice) or extend it as if you were the original tenant.

The rent would be approximately $1,626, but is negotiable. Thanks.
