Beautiful room, private full bath, garage space

I'm seeking to rent a furnished bedroom and private full bathroom to a single, non-smoking WOMAN (without pets) in my home. I'd like a minimum of 3 months commitment. There is a garage space for you (if you have a small to mid-size car).

The bedroom is large, has 10' ceilings, windows, a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and furniture. There is also a private full bath. You would share the kitchen, eating area, garage, laundry, a 2nd fridge, cookware, appliances, and utilities.

There is a one-time charge of $90 for an application fee and $60 for a background and credit check (you must have a 600 credit score or higher). Please do not reach out if you cannot pass these checks. There is no deposit otherwise.

This home is in a safe, and highly desirable area. I have lived here for decades. There are grocery and other stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. This is near Creve Coeur Lake and parks. I am located close to the airport and to major highways. The home is in a quiet location with common ground behind. I am fairly private and self-contained but also friendly and helpful.

I’m an ideal roommate if you are someone who likes to be left alone when you want to be. I'm friendly but also a bit of an introvert that often needs my own space and alone time. I'm simple in that I'm not loud and generally go to places to meet up with friends not have them over at my house. I have a few grandchildren that live locally but they rarely come over because they are half-time with their mom.

I go to bed fairly early (around 10pm) and rise early (like 6am) and go on a morning walk, have coffee, and start my day. If you like calm, quiet and peace, with close proximity to many great things, with access to parks, gyms, water and trails, this is the place for you!
