Roommate wanted, Nerds and LGBTQAI appreciated!

HI there! I'm looking for a roommate. i have had a history of negative and toxic people in my life so im being particular. so if see this ad and you weren't linked to it directly it most likely be wise to move on.
notes about me first
1. i have Avoidant Personality Disorder (AvPD) (think Super
asocial with an extra dose of rejection sensitivity and i have
good reasons for it) also im kind of a shut in.
2. ADHD - inattentive type, so i dont even get the fun hyper bit
3. i'm a diabetic i'm not great about it but im trying my
main method is not having not great food in the house in the
first place
4. I currently consider my self Demisexual

Caveats before moving in.
1. need to be local (mostly for #2)
2. i need to meet you before you move in gotta pass the vibe check (and so do i)
3. I have a preference for women in roommates, i grew up with a single mom and sister. most of my roommates and friends have been women in the past as well
4. As siad i AvPD I'm going to picky because im not just looking for a roommate I'm inviting you to be apart of my life and i don't want someone who i cant or shouldn't be around... around

The apartments have most things to make life easier
-Dish washer
-Central heating/AC (i like it around 68 year round with some exceptions)
-In building laundry
-indoor pool & hot tub
-pets allowed (i have a cat)
-have projector in the living room your free to use
-AT&T Fiber for your internet needs
-I have an extra Freezer cause i use the freezer space the most

most of the apartment is already furnished except the spare bed room it does have a bed in it at the moment and some other things but nothing major
Personally i generally keep to myself i don't really talk unless i feel like it so i'm pretty quiet. i do appreciate quiet in return though and would like it if you can at least keep things somewhat clean. but I'm not perfect either.
