Short‑term stays (1 week to 3 months) are available for either room when vacant. Room 1 is available now at $175/week including utilities. Room 2 will also be eligible for short‑term stays once it becomes available.

HOUSE RULES
• No smoking indoors (This is a non‑smoking indoors home. Current tenants smoke outdoors only)
• Keep common areas tidy
• Respect shared spaces
• No illegal drugs on the property
• Legal use allowed outdoors only (not used or stored inside)

MOBILITY
• No interior stairs
• Walk‑in shower with bench in master bathroom
• One step at the front door; temporary ramp available if needed

NEIGHBORHOOD
Close to shopping and everyday essentials; the post office, small stores, and nearby parks are all within walking distance.
