Looking for someone who wants to rent space.

I have house with 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom on main floor and a partially finnished basement with full finnished bathroom in basement. Currently working on finishing the rest of the basement with one private room and decent living room space that can be private. So you can either stay upstairs in one of the spare bedrooms or you can have the basement. A room upstairs would be available immediately while the basement may take a little time to get cleaned up. Neither are furnished currently but i can furnish if needed. The kitchen on main floor would be shared. I work nights and leave at 4pm and get home at about 7am then sleep on Wednesday through Sunday. Laundry is in basement. Im open to any kind of background as long as you can show record of employment history. I have a single lane driveway and dellwood has law against parking in street from 1am to 6am so we will have to figure out a schedule for letting each other out of driveway if blocked in. Ill park in street on days I work.
