Shared space includes large open dining room, living room and kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors throughout. We would split utilities monthly, usually around $90 each (gas + electric). On Rosebury, a quiet street with parking in front, there is always enough parking. Kitchen has a new refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, lots of windows for natural light throughout the condo.
