Bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment

I will be moving in mid-August. I have a cat named Lulu and she will not be allowed in the carpeted bedrooms. The rest of the apartment is hardwood flooring. There will be a balcony at this apartment, and the amenities include: in-unit laundry, a swimming pool, a gym, clubhouse and business center, and a picnic/BBQ pavilion. We can share the kitchen space, just know that I have a lot of baking stuff (as I am a baker) and it will be taking up a decent amount of cabinet/counter space in said kitchen. I will also be bringing along my AT&T wifi if all works out. The bathroom and washer/dryer would be shared as well.

My mom does have an adjustable futon in nice shape that she is wanting to move out of her basement, so if that is something you would be interested in just let me know and we can put it in your bedroom.

I work a lot of hours between both of my jobs, and am not a very social person, so I would not be having people over all of the time or anything. If anybody were to come over, it would most likely be a couple of my nieces, sister, or my mom, and they'd probably just want to swim.
