Hi, my name is Nyx and I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in central west end. My current roommate is leaving and I’m looking to replace her. We have a kitchen and living room and in unit laundry. We would split the electric and internet bills. The bedroom is not furnished but the kitchen is, and there’s some furniture in the living room. We were on a month to month lease for $797/month but I believe rent was $20 less when we were on a 12 month lease. There’s parking out back or street parking.
