Single small room for rent in quiet neighborhood.

I live in a modest home in Wentzville (about 45 minutes to downtown STL) alone with 4 dogs (friendly) and 2 snakes (they are in an enclosure). I am frequently gone or sleeping due to my school/work schedule. I am looking for someone to rent this room in order to save money so they can get back on their feet and eventually move on. Preferably looking for a student that enjoys quiet time for studying and naps/scrolling. I am a nurse and need my space and privacy. I would allow up to a year of occupancy. No rent increases. Must like dogs. Clean but not extremely clean, tidy at least. Smoking ok outside only. No drugs allowed. Alcohol ok in moderation. Only female visitors: no overnight stays for visitors. No super loud music. Can park in the driveway. I keep to myself. Mostly in my room, taking care of my dogs, or gone. You are welcome to the yard and keeping your things in the fridge/doing laundry. You will have access to my WiFi and Amazon Prime and 70 inch TV in living room. You will have your own bathroom in the hall and a dresser and bed are provided. I just ask you to keep your things in your room and picked up for the most part to prevent bugs/mice. Must prove that you have some sort of income. Looking forward to meeting.
