Bedroom is the largest in the home (larger than the master). Roommate will provide their own bedding.

No pets as I currently have cats. Prefer roommate that like animals.

Looking for a respectful roommate who keeps their portion of my house neat and cleans up after themselves when using communal areas. I work from home sometimes and would need a roommate respectful of that situation.

I recently had new carpet installed and would expect shoes to always be removed up entering the home.
