Pet Friendly, Furnished Room

Looking for a single person to rent out my spare room. I would like to get to know the person first to see if its a good fit. We can chat and/or play some online games together. I am fine with any age or gender as long as we get along. I am not looking for a romantic partner.

Pros: Pet friendly, big yard, plenty of storage space in the garage, furnished room, decent wifi, rides if your car breaks down, free pet sitting when you leave, guests are welcome as long as their stay is not longer than a couple days, property supervised by outdoor cameras.

Cons: No storm shelter installed, homeless camp nearby so the dogs bark a lot at people walking by, birds poop on the cars a lot, I have a lot of pets.

Rules: I am not comfortable with someone who drinks alcohol, no smoking cigarettes or weed, cats must be indoor only.

About me: I am the home owner. I am an autistic weirdo who spends most of her time on the computer playing games or doing art. I get weather anxiety and lonely so I would like to have someone I can be platonic friends with as a roommate.

Allowed pets: Cats, small to medium dogs but could make an exception for a large dog if they're a senior or staying entirely in your room. My cats don't like large dogs and it took forever to warm them up to my dog.
