The furnished bedroom is small, but I am rarely in the living room or dining room, so you would have most of the house to yourself. You’d also have your own bathroom. We would share the kitchen and the main bathroom with the shower. I have a small dog, a dog door, a fenced in backyard, and a deck. The washer and dryer are upstairs for convenience. Enjoy hardwood floors and clean space. There is room for storage in the basement. Addition rent for Couples would be negotiated. I am a smoker.
