I work remotely during the day, but I'm usually out in the evenings at the gym, working from coffee shops, or spending time with family and friends. I'm a Christian and live a sober lifestyle, so I really value a peaceful, respectful home. I'd love to find someone with similar values who's looking for a comfortable place to call home.

House Rules:
• No smoking on the property
• Preferably no alcohol
• Must be comfortable with a small dog
• No other pets

A Few Additional Details:
I'm renting the home, so you'll need to complete the property management company's application and approval process before moving in. Once approved, you'll be added to the lease.
