Hello,

My name is Austin Barnes. I have a room for rent in my Waldo house. The house is close to Trader Joes off of Ward Parkway and th. I am a music teacher at Rockhurst and Bishop Miege HS. The place is kept really clean and up to date. I live with another roomate and we are looking to fill the third room. We are both working professionals and the house is quiet, respectful and clean.

House comes with YouTubeTV, Googlefiber, water, trash, gas, electricity etc. etc. We split the bills and they are around $ a month depending on usage. Available January th.

I don't have facebook, so I created this account just to use marketplace.
