You will have your own full private bathroom downstairs, with access to the shared main bathroom upstairs as needed.

The home includes a large fenced backyard, deck, and hot tub that you are welcome to enjoy. Storage is generous with a downstairs closet included, plus additional storage available in the garage if needed. Garage parking may be possible depending on vehicle size. Otherwise, the double wide driveway offers easy parking.

All utilities are included in the rent, including electricity, water, internet, trash, and the security system.

Pet friendly with limits. One cat and one dog allowed. I currently have two cats and one standard sized goldendoodle, so comfort with pets is important.

The home is conveniently located just off I 70 with easy highway access, north of the highway in Oak Grove. I commute to Independence during the week for work, so the location is ideal for anyone traveling that direction as well.

I work Monday through Friday during the day and keep a pretty quiet household. I may have friends over occasionally, but I am not a big partier. Alcohol friendly. I am liberal and prefer a like minded household. I also prefer to rent to a single female.
