Living here would mean you get a spacious room, a walk in closet, and your own bathroom. The apartment is quite large and has lots of exposed brick and other charming industrial features. My two roommates are seniors at MSU, and both are very chill and easy to get along with. They have 3 cats in total, and the cats are extremely friendly and sweet! This apartment has an in unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a very large living room space, tall windows, and is very secure/safe. The apartment is located in downtown Springfield, and is walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores downtown. It also is next to one of the bear-line stops to MSU, making it easy to get to campus without having to drive or park. Looking for someone to move in ASAP, preferably from this July or August until June of 2027. Rent is $575.
