The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown Springfield, just a few minutes to Missouri State University (MSU) campus.
$ Rent: $669/month (plus utilities) minus 50$ discount each month by contract. I’m willing to discuss the rent price (and maybe lower it) only if really interested in living here.
On my lease parking spot is not included but there’s always the possibility to add it.

About the roommates:
You'll be sharing the apartment with 3 very friendly girls. Two of them have a cat, they usually stay in their room, they barely go out. They are all students and busy the majority of the time. The apartment is always peaceful and clean.
It's a perfect place for MSU students who want a safe, quiet, and convenient living environment!
