I would like to rent to a traveling nurse/professional.

My home is very quiet, peaceful and drama free and is expected to remain that way.

Each person is expected to promptly clean up after themselves.

I do require a background check. There is a $300 security deposit (refundable) and a $100 cleaning fee (nonrefundable).
