West-facing room near I-44 and Kansas Expy (quickly get anywhere in town!) open for rent. Looking for a tidy roommate who is responsible. Bathroom and other quarters are shared. I don't spend a lot of time primping, so the bathroom is usually free. I am, however, a big home cook, so I spend a decent amount of time in the kitchen. I am a very routine person and generally keep to myself. My ideal tenant is someone who values respect for each other's time and space and is able to communicate well. If you're eco-conscious like me (I recycle and compost), that's a plus. I have a couple adorable free range backyard chickens, so if your idea of relaxation is watching little fluffy foragers bouncing around the yard, this might be the place for you!
