BEHOLD: the search for your next home is at an end! We are looking to rent our spare bedroom for 700 dollars and 1/3rd utilities to be paid monthly.

The room comes with a Queen bed and frame (not pictured), a TV stand, an area rug, and a closet with two rows of built-in shelves. The shared space in the house is a large living room, laundry room, kitchen, and foyer. There is a bathroom right next to your room. The shower/tub will be exclusive to you! We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly household and we engage with a lot of nerd culture. Anime, video games, Marvel, TTRPGs, and Doctor Who. We are both writers and creatives.
I am a security guard at one of the local colleges, and I work overnights. So I'm fairly quiet, but you will see me around the house often.
My partner (they/them) works customer service second shift, has graduated with a MFA, and is working on a novel. You'll see them more if you are a night person.

Smoking is allowed but it must be outside. One pet (any animal) may be allowed, provided the animal is house trained. There is not a dog door.
