Just far enough from town to enjoy quiet country living, with beautiful views and a storybook vista over which you can take in the magnificent sunsets from the large deck. All of this, and yet close enough to town that Walmart delivers.

This property is well maintained and rooms are secure. Common areas are cleaned regularly and all residents pitch in where they can to help maintain the stanards depicted in the photos. Light cleaning 2x/wk or as needed.

Prefer weekly lease to start and will work with you on the security/cleaning deposit, which will equal 4 weeks and is refundable if rooms are left in same condition as when moved in and no additional charges have been incurred.

2 wks rent & ½ of the deposit will move you in. No smoking inside. Must be a pet friendly, clean, responsible adult.

Private king suite, with private entrance that includes a private bathroom with spacious "combination tub. ( whirlpool bathtub/shower combo) private living room that can sleep 2+ people, private dining room that seats up to 6 and a private deck with a view overlooking the property. WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON AND BOOKED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. Must rent for no less than 2 weeks. $1250 deposit and $550 per week. $2350 will move you in.

Use of common spaces, coded deadbolt room locks, Water, Trash, Sewer, Elect, Gas, Wood, 32" Roku in room, High speed wi-fi, Equine "therapy," Horseshoes, Fire pits, Bonfire area.
