Located in a North Kansas City! The room is the basement level of my home. Total room size would be about 495 ft² and includes it own bathroom and fridge. It also has its own private entrance and includes a garage space. Does not currently have a kitchenette of any sort (may change in the future) but you would have access to the kitchen upstairs. So not a full fledged studio but it’s trying to be.
Backyard is gated and there’s a large park behind the house. Great for taking nature walks or having pets (I do have 2 cats of my own so they’d need to be somewhat compatible)! Currently the field is being redone.
