Roommate wanted for lower level suite

I have a lower level living space for rent. The space includes one bedroom, bathroom, living/family room w/gas fireplace and a full kitchen. The space is furnished with a queen adjustable base bad, nightstand, shelf, a very large sofa/chaise (pictured) in the living room, as well as coffee table and a 55 inch smart TV. There is also a table in the kitchen, which is not shown in the photos. As far as decor, all personal photos/decor items will or can be removed so you can make the space your own. The only things that cannot be moved are the bed, sofa and tables. There is a door to the lower level, so plenty of privacy. The only shared spaces are garage/driveway parking and the laundry room, which is upstairs. There is not a separate entrance, so it's not legally an apartment, but essentially is.
