The house is located centrally in east metro near the 694/494/94 interchange and is 15-20 minutes from St. Paul/Minneapolis. The home has been almost fully renovated minus from finishing trim and small electrical. The bedroom is approximately 10ft x 10ft. Plenty of shared space upstairs and in the basement. I have installed a wall tv mount in bedroom.

I am the home owner (male) and 1 other (male) renter have the two other rooms in home. I have two well behaved medium sized dogs. I am not interested in having additional pets. My last two roommates have lived in home for 4-5 years respectively. It’s a quiet home and a safe neighborhood. Off-street parking is available. First and last month’s rent and clean back ground check needed prior to moving.

Ideal roommate would be someone that is a professional, easy going person that loves dogs. Non- smokers are preferred. I am only looking for 1 individual to occupy room. No couples or dependents. Firm on price due location, home condition, and safe area.
