Room in Home (Pls. read FULL ad.)

I am in the NE corner of Hwys and in Mahtomedi in a safe area w private backyard. I'm a single dad w two adult children on their own. I live here in my newly remodeled home and rent () a bedroom upstairs for $ (share bathroom) and () the whole lower level (LL) to a M (so will be people total), then shared: entrance, kitchen, living room, and yard. It INCLUDES all reasonable utilities and driveway parking. I had one tenant (F) renting the upper room for .years who moved out recently (grad). No smoking anything (inoutquitting). There is some storage space in the basement. Dep. is $. I try to make sure we take care of any 'dealbreakers' BEFORE meeting. A mo's lease min..
