2 Rooms in Home. Must read FULL ad.

I am in the NE corner of Hwys and in Mahtomedi in a safe area w private backyard. I'm a single dad w two adult children on their own. I live here and rent () a bedroom upstairs for $ and () the whole lower level (LL) with a bedroom, living area, and private BR for $ (so will be people total), then shared: entrance, kitchen, living room, and yard. It INCLUDES all reasonable utilities and a GARAGE spot. I had one tenant (F) renting the upper room for .years AND a m in the LL tenant; both moved out recently. No smoking anything (inoutquitting). There is some storage space in the basement. Dep. is $. I try to make sure we take care of any 'dealbreakers' BEFORE meeting. A year lease min..
