2 bed & bath at Lighhouse Lofts

It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment on the 4th floor of Lighthouse Lofts in downtown Forest Lake. You’ll have your own room with a separated bathroom. You’ll share the kitchen and living room with me. I have a small dog and cat as well. Internet will be $35/mo and utilities average $40-80/mo depending on electricity usage. Washer & Dryer included.

Amenities include Patio Terrace on 5th floor with an excellent view of Forest Lake (BBQ grills, patio seating, common area); Snap Fitness downstairs with apartment entrance (One time membership fee for being a resident) ; Mallards restaurant downstairs. If you’d like to share the underground parking spot (Month on/ month off, I’m open to it but will be an extra charge.

My name is Dustin and I live with my dog (Samson) and cat (Lizzie). I’ve been living at Lighthouse Lofts since 2019. It’s a very relaxed, respectful community here and I really enjoy Forest Lake. They take very good care of the property.

The animals are a Corgi-Chihuahua mix and an Asian tabby cat. Samson is a very well-mannered dog and Lizzie is very sweet and sociable kitty to everyone.

I’m 36 years old, Samson is 7 and Lizzie is about 10 months old. I work at Alula which is a hybrid remote job where I go (Sometimes) into the office on Tuesday/Thursday in St. Paul. I work M-F 7AM-4PM.

I have my girlfriend who visits on Wednesday night to go to the gym and usually stays one of the nights over on the weekend.

I am also a single father of a 19 month old toddler. He comes over every other weekend for the day/overnight.
