Looking for a responsible renter to share our family home.

Location: Safe, family-friendly neighborhood with lots of kids and activity

Space: Private bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Can be furnished or unfurnished.

Family room (mostly for renter’s use)

Workout room in basement(could be changed into bedroom- if there was a child- rent would change)

Laundry (shared)

Kitchen (shared)
*fridge in basement can used for renter)

Parking: Driveway parking available

House rules: no drugs, no smoking

About us: I’m a divorced mom with a 7-year-old son and two active but friendly dogs. Our home can be busy, loud, and full of energy at times, and we keep a fairly structured routine- up by 6:00 a. m. and in bed by 10 p. m.

We’re looking for someone whose lifestyle and schedule fit well with ours. Ideal for a quiet, clean, and respectful individual who enjoys a family environment.
