This is for rental of a private room with private bathroom (couples OK! no pets/no smoking no vaping etc...non -use home) The other 4 renters abide and respect this house rule thanks!

The 3rd floor suite has a private double vanity sink and private shower and toilet/bathroom.

The house has 4 bedrooms. 3 levels and a basement. Laundry is on 2nd floor (shared). Shared Kitchen. 4 other bedrooms: A nurse, teacher, MBA student, and online stock broker/trader. All professional/working full time and keep to themselves. They all (and we) like a quiet home. No parties.

Parking is on the driveway. There is a garage space for parking but that is extra ($50 a month). It is month to month. Normally this rental is month to month, any longer lease can/may be written into the terms of lease as long as it works out (rent paid on time, no drugs, no overnight (unannounced to owner) no overnight guests), etc..

My brother and his wife own the home. It is furnished. King size bed. Two office nooks. Two walk in closets (couple ok). $1200 a month + 1/5 utilities (split 5 ways). Thanks for your interest and God Bless you and your spirit and family.

A Nurse/CNA (nursing program) Online Stock Broker and Teacher. They do not smoke, drink, do drugs, they keep to themselves. They do not party.
