Hi! I’m Hope, a 29-year-old queer woman looking for a roommate to share my two-bedroom, 1½-bath townhome. It’s about a seven-minute drive to downtown Saint Paul, with public transportation nearby!
📅 Available at the beginning of November. Ideally, I’m looking for someone interested in an initial 6–12-month stay, but I’m open to discussing options.

Unfurnished master bedroom with two closets
Shared kitchen and living spaces
A small shared full bathroom upstairs, + 1/2 bath downstairs
Parking directly in front of unit, plus guest parking
Optional attached garage
Storage space in the garage closet and small partial basement
A small patio you’re welcome to use

Accessibility: This is a tri-level townhome with stairs between levels. The bedroom and full bathroom are upstairs, so it may not be suitable for someone who needs step-free access.
About Me:
I’m a night-shift nurse and a full-time student, so my schedule is busy, but my hobbies are pretty cozy! I’m usuallyreading, playing my Switch, or doing homework. I bought this home in May and am excited to make it feel like me. I love living in the metro and having so much nearby to explore. I don’t drink or smoke. I value kindness, open communication, and a home where we can both be ourselves. I’d enjoy chatting or hanging out sometimes, but I’m also very happy doing our own things in the same space. Since I work nights, being considerate of daytime sleep is important to me.
🐈 Future Roommates:
I’m hoping to adopt two kittens, so being comfortable with cats is a must! I’m still undecided about additional pets, but we can talk about it.
🔨Optional home projects:
I’m also working on a few small home updates. If you enjoy painting or have home improvement experience, I’d be open to discussing a rent credit for specific projects we agree on beforehand. Definitely not a requirement!
