This partially furnished duplex features a large kitchen and living area with six private coliving suites and a focus on community living. Each suite consists of a bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Each suite comes with a bedframe, dresser, nightstand, and flat screen tv. The common spaces are intentionally designed for six people to foster a sense of community. The couches, TV, and other large furniture are all provided as is a washer and dryer! Did we mention that this is a BRAND NEW construction? You'd be the first group to live here! There will also be TWO all-electric HourCar vehicles on-site available for carsharing (search HourCar for more information on carsharing). There is an $18 application fee that covers the credit and background check - no other move-in fees! All utilities are included, including wifi (heat, electric, a/c, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, wifi). Maximum income allowed is $55,620 per person (pre-tax).
