New stool, vanity, and sink. Only a shower. A washer and dryer are included. There is drain tile in basement, keeping it nice and dry. The lawn maintenance is taken care of. The snow shoveling, however is the tenants responsibility. The house is near a bus line. There are restaurants within walking distance.
